Here's what's happening from training.... New Class Available! On March 1 thru 6th 2010,
NEMI will hold its first pilot class in “HVAC ENERGY AUDITING TECHNICIAN”,
class. This is a new certification for Energy Auditing. This class will be
evening Class held at Sheet Metal Workers’
local 265 Carol Stream IL JATC Training center. Class will be held starting
at 5:30PM each evening Monday thru Friday and ending at 9:30PM starting at
8AM till 5PM on Saturday. This class is a 2 part class. This class
scheduled for Monday March 1 thru March 6 will be part 1 and the second part
will be announced at a later date. There will be a exam on Saturday, however
the exam will not be graded until the second class and exam is taken. THIS
IS A CERTIFICATION CLASS. Please see the attached sheet for more

On April 3, 2009 Local 265’s had its TAB lab certified by the International Training Institute (ITI) and also had its inaugural TAB Certification Technician Testing.
